The Story Behind the Famous Cat Catesby

Catesby the cat is one of the most famous cats of all time. In fact, it is so famous that it has had four feature films and a TV series. Catesby was created in 1939 for director Richard Burton’s play The Smell of Country. Since the play has been produced so many times, it is easy to find an original performance of Catesby in any movie or show.

For those who enjoy cats as pets, Catesby may be the perfect pet for you. He is quite the companion, and even if he does not necessarily want to spend every waking minute with you, he will do just about everything else anyway. In the movie he plays a game called Hide and Seek, where he hides behind bushes, and if the other cats try to find him he searches them out and wins the game. He also participates in several other shows, including one where he dances to the delight of the audience.

Catesby was made famous not only because he is so cuddly and loveable, but also because he is very versatile as a performer. As a matter of fact, he has appeared in over 100 movies since his first appearance. However, since the advent of cartoon cats, he has appeared in a lot of television shows, as well. He is perhaps best known for his role as Scrooge in the Christmas series, and as the owner of the Little Red Cap in the Peanuts franchise. He also guest stars in such movies as Home Alone and It’s a Wonderful Life. And he has even appeared on television shows as the cat-burglar in The Pink Flamingo Movie.
